Jon Robinson - Image Jon Robinson
Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Jon Robinson is a founding partner of Robinson-Langley Capital Management which he established with Mr. Brandon Langley in 2006. Jointly with Mr. Langley he created the analytical processes employed by Robinson-Langley Capital Management which are the foundation to their trading strategy. He also plays an active role in the implementation of that strategy and its evolution on a daily basis. In addition, Mr. Robinson is responsible for oversight of all front and middle office operations. Prior to RL Capital, he held the position of Equity Research Analyst for Prudential Equity Group. Before joining Prudential Equity Group, Jon worked as a Trader and Market Maker in the equity markets for Bear Wagner Specialists. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Finance and Economics.

Brandon Langley is a founding partner of Robinson-Langley Capital Management. He is the head of developmental research and responsible for the creation of the analytics and all technical aspects of systems development and its ongoing proficiency.  Mr. Langley also established the proprietary testing platform which forms the basis for the Robinson-Langley investment process, focusing on its robustness and flexibility. He executes all the coding and technical aspects required during the trading system development process. Aside from partnering with Mr. Robinson to found RL Capital, Mr. Langley has held multiple positions in Risk Management for Wells Fargo Dealer Services. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro earning a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Economics.

Director - RL Gives Back

Dwain Gullion is the Director of RL Gives Back, the philanthropic arm of Robinson-Langley Capital Management. He also serves as President of the ABBA Fund, an adoption assistance organization that provides interest free loans for adoption. Since 2004, the ABBA Fund has assisted over 400 families in adopting children from the USA and around the world.  A lifelong entrepreneur, Dwain has launched and operated several retail and online businesses including Magnet America and Gullion’s Christian Supply Centers.  He serves on boards for orphan care organizations and continues to advocate for the care of orphans and vulnerable children. He currently lives in Bennett, NC with his wife, Heidi, and their 3 children.  Dwain holds both the Series 65 and Series 3 licenses.
